Feelings is a cover of the song, Feelings, originally written by Brazilian singer Morris Albert in 1974. In the late 1970s, Selena's father, Abraham Quintanilla Jr, recorded Selena's voice time to time. Around that time, the single Feelings was promotionally released, recording was given credit to Brain "Red" Moore, Abraham Quintanilla's friend. The song was never released in any Selena albums, until 2007, when the song appeared on the album, Through The Years/A Traves de los Años, the song however was remixed, instead of the original recording done in the late 70's. The song's main focus is about a boy, who Selena loves, who is hurting Selena and her feelings, upon the release of the 2007 album, rumors stated the song was released as a promotional single, just months prior to the release. The song is featured only in the English language, and since its official release, the song has never been released in any other Selena packages.
